Animal Health - What can I give my cat for diarrhea?

I thought his diarrhea was because I bought some grocery store cat food (trying to save money) and he's used to Science Diet. But I changed back and it's been about 2 weeks now. Is there something I can give him without having to go to a vet? (Again, I'm trying to save money as I'm unemployed.)
