I have a puppy that is about 4months old. we go him from a shelter and were told he is beagle/shepherd mix. when he was younger is ears were floppy, as he aged they began to stand up. one morning we got up and his right ear is flopped over and will not stand up. any ideas what happened and/or what we can do?? thanks!!
