I have a basset hound who has a sour smell coming from him. And really bad breath. He has lumps all over him, they are little and black. We think he is about 10 or 12 years old. We dont really know his age he was a twice rescued dog.He really isnt eating much. i am on a VERY limited income and could use some advice about what you may think it might be. PLEASE HELP we love him very much.
