What should we do with rash and dandruff on our dog?

our dog had a rash like scaly an vet said it was going away an was ok. today upon brushing found alot of dryness like dandruff all my her back end. whats the cause an remedy????

Get a shampoo with oatmeal in it. It works great helps their skin and makes their fur soft and smells good
