Is my dog dying?

For the last three months our 9yr old minpin/? (we rescued here) has been losing weight and just a slight bit tired. Today she cannot see, has totally white eyes and is almost completely lethargic. Any suggestions? Our town does not have a vet clinic open today or tomorrow. Thank you and sincerely, Jeremy Strang

I guess ur dog get dehydration and may be very bad. he need to get rehydration with infusion intravenously as soon as posible. With normol saline then with Ringer dextrose 5% infusion.
