i have a chiuaha dog he has been coughing for a week 24/7 i give him benedryl that helps for a short time he does not cough up anything but white foamy stuff will eat treats but not food could this be heartworms |

yes you can give a chihuahua bendryl. but pleas make sure that you crush it up and give him a tiny bit. not to much though if you give him to much it will only make your dog sickker |
